1 xícara de chá de farinha de amêndoas ou low carb
2 ovos em temperatura ambiente
6 colheres de sopa de manteiga derretida
1 e ½ colher de sopa de fermento químico
Opções de recheio: queijos, frango, carnes, atum, temperos, etc.
MODO DE PREPARO
Misture todos os ingredientes em um recipiente
Despeje a mistura em uma forma antiaderente
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 220°C até que esteja assada
Retire a massa, rechear a gosto, e voltar ao forno até que o recheio esteja no ponto certo
