MODO DE PREPARO
Coloque as postas de molho com o limão (uns 10 minutos) até a carne ficar firme.
Escorra o suco do limão.
Tempere com pimenta, azeite e um pouco de shoyu.
Prove, caso necessário coloque sal a seu gosto, mas não é necessário, o shoyu já é salgado.
