INGREDIENTES
3 folhas de wrap (pão folha, pão sírio dividido ao meio, integral ou não.
3 colheres de sopa de cream cheese ou requeijão (de preferência caseiro)
12 fatias finas de rosbife
6 tomates-cereja cortados ao meio
3 folhas de alface crespa rasgadas em tiras
Outras folhas a gosto
PARA O MOLHO:
1 colher de sopa de azeite de oliva
colher de sopa de aceto balsâmico
MODO DE PREPARO
Misture os ingredientes do molho e leve previamente a geladeira.
Passe o cream cheese (ou requeijão) nas folhas de wrap e coloque as fatias de rosbife alinhadas no meio de cada um deles. Reserve.
Misture todos os outros ingredientes ao molho gelado e distribua-os igualmente sobre o rosbife. Enrole o wrap e sirva-o.
