INGREDIENTES
500 g do peixe de sua preferência (salmão, tilápia, robalo, etc) e/ou camarão descascado e limpo
5 limões taiti
1 cebola roxa grande
2 tomates sem sementes
1 pimenta dedo-de-moça
Folhas de coentro ou salsa
Sal a gosto
Azeite de oliva a gosto
MODO DE PREPARO
Corte os filés de peixe em pequenos cubos.
Fatie a cebola finamente (em meia lua).
Descarte as sementes da pimenta e fatie bem fininha.
Coloque o peixe, a cebola e a pimenta em um recipiente, acrescente o sal e misture bem.
Acrescente o suco dos limões e leve à geladeira por cerca de uma hora.
Na hora de servir, acrescente o tomate cortado em cubinhos, o coentro (ou salsa) e um fio de azeite.
