INGREDIENTES
4 ovos
50g de parmesão ralado
100g de queijo branco
100g de ricota
1 dente de alho picado
1 cebola picada
sal a gosto;
temperos a gosto
1 colher sobremesa de fermento em pó.
MODO DE PREPARO
Bata os queijos no liquidificador com a cebola, gemas e o alho até ficar bem homogêneo
Despeje em um bowl e bata as claras em neve
Envolva bem com uma colher na mistura de queijos até incorporar
Coloque em uma fôrma e adicione o queijo ralado por cima
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus por 20 minutos.
