MODO DE PREPARO
Tempere os filezinhos de peito de frango com colorífico em pó, sal e pimenta-do-reino.
Em uma panela em fogo médio, coloque manteiga e doure os filés por 4 minutos de cada lado.
Reserve os filezinhos.
Adicione a cebola picada, o alho picado, a cenoura ralada, a ervilha congelada, o milho, o leite e o requeijão.
Misture, acrescente sal e deixe o molho reduzir por 6 minutos.
Junte os filezinhos de frango à panela e deixe cozinhar por 3 minutos. Desligue o fogo.
