INGREDIENTES
3 ovos
1 colher de sopa de queijo parmesão ralado
200g de queijo muçarela ralada
1 pote de iogurte natural
300g de frango desfiado
1 tomate grande picado
Alho e cebola
Catchup caseiro
MODO DE PREPARO
Preaqueça o forno a 180ºC.
Refogue o frango desfiado com 1 tomate picado, alho, cebola, catchup caseiro e sal a gosto (essa é uma sugestão, você pode refogar como preferir). Reserve.
Bata os ovos com uma colher de sopa de queijo ralado.
Junte o frango refogado, os ovos batidos, o iogurte e a mussarela ralada em uma travessa e misture bem.
Leve ao forno por aproximadamente 35 minutos.
