MODO DE PREPARO
Coloque a aveia e os morangos (ou banana) fatiados em um pote refratário (próprio para utilizar em micro-ondas).
Acrescente a água, leve ao micro-ondas e deixe cozinhar por 3 minutos em potência alta
Retire o refratário do equipamento e adicione o whey protein, misturando bem.
Se quiser incrementar, pode polvilhar farinha de amêndoas e mel por cima.
