INGREDIENTES
2 abobrinhas picadas1 cebola picada
3 colheres (sopa) de creme de leite
4 ovos (separe gemas das claras)
1/2 xícara de parmesão ralado
1 colher (sopa) de manteiga
sal e pimenta
salsinha picadinha
tempero lemon pepper
MODO DE PREPARO
Refogue a cebola na manteiga até dourar e abobrinha
Tempere com a salsinha, sal e a pimenta.
Tampe a panela, deixe soltar um pouco de água, destampe e espere a água secar.
Desligue o fogo.
Numa tigela bata a gema e o creme de leite e junte ao refogado mexendo bem.
Acerte sal e coloque o lemon peper e o queijo ralado.
Misture tudo e deixe esfriar esta mistura do suflê.
Por fim bata as claras em neve e misture delicadamente na massa do suflê.
Coloque em uma fôrma e adicione o queijo ralado por cima
Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 200 graus por 25-30 minutos.
