INGREDIENTES
1 caixinha de creme de leite
2 dentes de alho
Cheiro verde a gosto
1/2 suco de limão
120 ml de azeite
Sal a gosto
MODO DE PREPARO
Comece higienizando o cheiro verde.
Pique o alho e o cheiro verde.
Coloque dentro de um liquidificador o creme de leite, a salsinha, o alho e o suco de limão.
Ligue o liquidificador e velocidade baixa, com ele ligado vá adicionado o azeite em fio para que o molho engrosse.
Depois de colocar todo o azeite, acerte o sal e pronto.
Dica: Você pode trocar o cheiro verde por paprica, pimenta, o que você preferir.
