MODO DE PREPARO
Refogue a carne no azeite e adicione a cebola até dourar
Acrescente os vegetais e deixe refogar por 5 minutos
Tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto e adicione água até cobrir
Deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo até que os vegetais estejam macios
Retire do fogo e sirva.
Se preferir, bata a sopa no liquidificador para ficar com a textura de um creme.
