MODO DE PREPARO
Descasque as batatas e corte em fatias transversais grossas. Forre o fundo da panela com as fatias.
Corte os tomates em cubinhos e coloque em cima das batatinhas.
Depois coloque os filés em camadas e salpique sal em cima do peixe com umas colheres de Molho de tomate.
Coloque o pimentão em rodelas e a cebola em cubos em cima do peixe.
Por último, bata o leite de coco com o azeite de dendê em um mixer ou liquidificador. Despeje sobre o peixe.
Tampe a panela e abra depois de meia hora cozinhando em fogo médio. Ajuste o sal.
