Descasque e lave bem a mandioca.
Em seguida, com o auxílio de uma faca ou cortador de legumes, corte a mandioca em fatias bem finas.
Após, unte um tabuleiro com azeite e disponha as fatias de mandioca sem sobrepô-las.
Leve ao forno a 180º C por aproximadamente 40 minutos ou até que estejam douradas e crocantes.
Você pode usar outros temperos desidratados, como orégano e outras ervas, ou a pimenta de sua preferência.
